The outcomes which were picked up from the last Gallup State of the Global Workplace survey (O’Boyle and Harter, 2013)1 gave us a worrying perspective of the employee motivation in more than 140 countries:
GameeP outlines a gamified environment based on the SDT’s model (Deci & Ryan, 1985)2 and its involvement in employee engagement and productivity in workplace.
GameeP makes the team framework fit for a project or goal and evaluates the repercussion of the employee’ psychological need parameters through a platform with challenges and ranking campaigns focused on task performance. Could we turn Project Management in order to make it focused more on team and results than on justification and planning?
Autonomy, relatedness and competence are the key elements of the functioning of GAMeeP. Are you going to miss our first outcomes?
