Compartia is leading an applied research project to discover new efficient ways to improve Productivity and Quality of Working Life using gamified employee engagement mechanics. The GAMeeP research started in late 2015 and we are now ready to share our first discoveries with other companies eager to motivate their employees.

Are you a HR Manager and want to engage your employees in a smarter way?

Are you a Social Researcher and want to know how gamification mechanics could help to improve Quality of Working Life?

Be the first to get the investigation results (May 2016)

I’ve been working as a Web Project Manager for years and struggled with any kind of team management challenges. Now as a researcher in gamification I’m doing my best to help other project managers to get more engaged teams

GAMeeP: Gamified Platform for employee motivation and engagement is a project to develop a prototype of job processes gamification, co-workers relations and incentives to improve the quality of working life and whose final goal is to increase general productivity of teams and organizations and simplify the management of human resources while increasing the sense of well-being and employee engagement.

GAMeeP is an applied research project (2015-2017) in the area of Quality of Working Life. The project has been co-funded by the Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial (CDTI) under the scheme of the Proyectos de Investigación y Desarrollo (PID) and the Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER) under the Programa Operativo Pluri-Regional de Crecimiento Inteligente 2014-2020.
